The appointment builder creates a message in your browser. It does not submit the form to a repair database, book an appointment, collect a payment, or send an SMS automatically.

What the builder asks for

Your name, callback number, device type/model, symptoms, preferred drop-off availability if provided, and best callback time. Please do not include passwords, unlock codes, payment information or other sensitive material.

When you send a text

The Open text app button opens a compose link addressed to Rodriguez Repairs at 361-267-5088. You review and send the message in your own messaging app. Your messaging provider, carrier and the service receiving the business's messages handle that communication under their own policies. Message length may use multiple SMS segments; carrier charges may apply.

If the body does not carry over, copy the request and paste it into a text manually. The website cannot verify delivery. We can read incoming texts on the business line but cannot reply by text; please include a working callback number.

No confirmed booking until we call

A sent request does not reserve a time. Drop-offs are appointment-only and must be confirmed by phone.

Website data

The site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies set by the application. Form details are not saved to browser storage and are not sent to a website form endpoint. The website host may process normal connection and security information when serving pages. Request details leave the page only when you choose to copy them or open your messaging app.
